This Committee is comprised of interested members of the Community that have been appointed by the Mayor to be able to investigate and discuss issues and ideas that may benefit the City and the community, but that have not been discussed by the City Council. Topics may also have been brought up at a City Council meeting and the City Council may request that the Citizens Advisory Committee discuss and determine if the idea is one that the City Council should consider. The group assists with City events and individuals are appointed annually, and meet every other month in February, April, June, August, October, and December on the second Thursday of the month at 8:00 p.m.
