The Building Official is responsible for enforcing all ordinance provisions relating to buildings or zoning and shall inspect all buildings or structures being erected or altered, as frequently as may be necessary to ensure compliance with the ordinances of the city. This includes managing residential and non-residential building inquiries and issuing building permits.
