ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
PROJECT:
City Hall / Opera House – Roof Gutter Repair
SANDWICH, ILLINOIS
Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Sandwich on the 17th day of July 2025,
up to the hour of 3:00 PM for the City Hall / Opera House – Roof Gutter Repair Project,
consisting of general carpentry in the attic and reconstruction of the perimeter gutter, in
Sandwich, Illinois. All proposals must be delivered to the Sandwich City Clerk’s office at
144 East Railroad Street in Sandwich, Illinois, not later than the date and time herein
specified.
A pre-bid conference is scheduled for the 2nd day of July 2025, at the hour of 11:00 AM
in the City Council Chambers located at 128 East Railroad Street, Sandwich, Illinois
60548.
Plans, specifications, and proposal forms are available from the City of Sandwich in the
City Clerk’s Office located at 144 East Railroad Street, Sandwich, Illinois 60548, at no
charge. All proposals must be accompanied by a proposal guarantee consisting of a
Certified or Cashier’s Check, Bank Money Order, or Bid Bond in an amount not less
than 10% of the total amount of the bid.
The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive or not to waive
any informalities therein.
